Elisheva & Shoshana “Magnesium oil Natural STRONG 31%” is a health product with broad spectrum muscle relaxation, spasm alleviating and nervous system calming effect. E&S magnesium oil spray is well-absorbed through the skin, within 5-15 seconds it has entered the cells. Ten doses of spray amount to 150-180 mg of the product ( 43-60 % RDA). About 95% of the applied magnesium enters the cells, the absorption through the skin is therefore preferred to oral intake in the form of capsules, powder or pill, also transdermal application of magnesium entails no gastric or intestinal burden. The product can be sprayed onto the tongue, however it does not have a pleasant taste.
Magnesium chloride (MgCl2) can help alleviate the following complaints: depression, anxiety, fatigue, headache, asthma, muscular tensions, painful joints, sleeping problems, spasms, intestinal complaints, accumulation of toxins (detox effect), excess weight, magnesium deficit. Magnesium chloride is an important factor in the elimination of toxic elements and heavy metals and helps recover the minerals balance in the organism, it regulates the cholesterol level and normalizes the values of blood pressure.

Magnesium oil is 100% natural and the product can be used by all age groups, incl. children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, the product is also suitable for persons with diabetes and also for vegans.
Application:
To be sprayed onto clean skin 8-10 doses daily – let dry or gently massage with fingertips for better dermal absorption. Recommendation: in case of general deficit of magnesium spray onto abdomen and thighs. In case of muscle tension in various regions of the body spray onto the problematic area (legs, neck, shoulders, etc). Very good effect on spastic muscles. Shake before use.
In case of magnesium deficit we recommend to simultaneously use E&S “Magnesium Chloride bathing flakes Natural STRONG 47%” as the sole natural bathing supplement, for magnesium baths 2-3 times weekly for feet or entire body. The optimal use of the product is as a 3-4 month course, afterwards to be continued either in the form of baths or applying magnesium oil onto the skin 2-3 times weekly. Tingling and itching of skin upon spraying the product marks the deficit of magnesium in the organism.
Athletes and individuals going through intensive physical strain, pregnant women and children during years of intensive growth can use the product upon consulting with the GP also in larger quantities (the daily uptake for an adult male is around 380 mg, for women it is around 310-320 mg daily. The daily magnesium uptake for pregnant women is 350-360 mg). For children under the age of 12 years spray 1/2 of the portions of adults.
Caution:
Only for external use. In case of direct contact with the eyes rinse off with plenty of water. Contraindications for use are renal deficiency, intestinal obstruction and bradycardia i.e. slow heart rate. Keep in a dry place out of reach of children. Airtight sealing of the product after use recommended.
